How much are your labor rates?

We're committed to offering the lowest labor rates in the area. While many dealers charge $129.00 per hour, we charge only $86.00 per hour. We're able to do this because we use the BMW list price rate, as opposed to the increase list price rates that dealers often use.

Are you certified by BMW?

BMW only certifies dealer repair facilities and, as a result, we are not BMW-certified. We do, however, employ techs that have years of experience working on BMW vehicles and, more importantly, those who have attended BMW tech schools.

Do you accept warranties?

BMW manufacturer warranties are only good at dealer locations. We do, however, accept aftermarket, extended warranties. We work closely with a number of extended warranty companies to ensure that we offer our customers the best service at the lowest possible price.
